Hey everyone!

I just wanted to make sure you’re all ready for the amazing wonderful kick-a$$ semester we have coming up at PGU.

Mornings: Turn your dial to THE ODD COUPLE! James and Greg will be waking you up from 6-9am with the latest in local and strange news, as well as the true alternative you know and love. James is like, the regimental army one (Felix?). Greg is the punk-rock crazy one (Oscar?). Actually, they’re both nice guys and always on-time.

Steve Plock is joining the pre-existing crew as well! (Mad Hatter, Mat Brown, Andy Jones and myself that is…) We couldn’t wait to get him on to the line-up… he sounds super calm like a WXRT DJ to me (Chicago reference- XRT is a cool radio station for hip young kids, or my dad). He’s on from 9-noon, check it out and see what I mean.

It’s days like this that I love our studio window that faces right onto Green Street! Seeing all of the people coming back just never fails to make me happy after weeks of boredom and streets right out of a zombie flick!

Aside from all of the true alternative we’re pumping out between now and then, Jan. 20 is the thing I’m looking forward to more than anything these days! It’s got:

• The kickoff of our full Spring schedule!
• The inauguration of a new President
• The first day of a new semester

I’ll admit, I’m a total dork for being excited about school, but it’s still great to stop drinking by myself all the time! Amirite?! Anyone?!
