Texture: Slightly doughy, almost broke apart on the walk back

Salt: Some areas had no salt at all
Mustard: Good, not too spicy
Wednesday vs. Thursday: Wednesday’s pretzel was better, since it was closer to the hotel and I didn’t have to deal with country bumpkin tourists.
